When you win in the San Siro it’s always difficult to find anything wrong. Roma beat AC Milan two nil and without too much trouble. Milan had a couple of dangerous shots with our keeper making a couple of good saves, but that is really it. We don’t remember anything else from the Rossoneri. On the other hand Roma did not capitalise straight away on its superiority, a bit static in the first half as if did not want to do any harm.
In the second half Dzeko woken up the Roma boat with another great goal, then Florenzi, first missing an easy one then eventually doubling the scoreline. Roma were suddenly on top with a minimum effort. Job done. Three points.Meanwhile, Inter were once again winners with a touch of luck, even against minnow Benevento. Napoli went easy on Cagliari and Juve were forced to draw at Atalanta amongst controversial VAR decisions. The most important thing is that Roma are still there, showing character and resilience. Another international break then the big clash against Napoli. Time to focus and prepare. Chase in on. Forza Roma!
